Start-up Central Coop

Free Roaming Chickens

1. Our chicken coops are locally built, transported and installed by us on site at the beneficiary property.

Organic Feed

2. The beneficiary then receives the chickens, organic feed and training information to raise and produce home grown eggs for their needs.

3. Feeding Albania is currently providing 25 chicken coops, 15 chickens per coop, feed and other materials for selected recipients.

Distributing and providing nutritious food through egg production in 8 different regions: Shkoder, Burrel, Elbasan, Librazhd, Korce, Lezhe, Gramsh and the villages surrounding Tirana.

Our project consists of building and distributing portable chickens’ coop packages for NGOs with land who feed the poor. Our central chicken coop has free roaming and pastured chickens which are provided organic feed and plenty of room and greenery to explore.

PHASE 1

Initial construction, delivery and installation of small family oriented chicken coop package for poor families and NGOs.

COMPLETED

PHASE 2

Expansion of our central coop where we practice and teach sustainable and humane ways to treat chickens. Hosting over 200 chickens.

IN COMPLETION PHASE

PHASE 3

Continued operations and sustainability of project, including additional innovations, investments, and the distribution and selling of central eggs to reinvest back into the project. Continued training & on-site field trips to encourage a more safe and stress free environment for the chickens.
